I ordered from jawku.com and my package did eventually show up, so no major disaster there. But this is where it got annoying: the shipping felt slower than I expected, and the tracking didn’t really update until late. It wasn’t the worst experience, but for the price, I thought it would feel a little more reliable.

I’m really grateful for how easy the return process was. I got my refund quickly and didn’t have to deal with any hassle at all.

I ordered from Jawku it works fine and I haven’t had any real problems with it. Maybe I’m being a little picky because I had higher expectations for the price, but I just thought it would feel a bit more premium or come with a few extras. Shipping was okay too, not terrible, but I guess I was hoping it would show up a little faster since I was excited to try it. Overall it’s not a bad product at all, I just feel like it’s a little pricey for what you actually get. If you really want it, it’s probably worth it, but I’d check around and compare prices first.

Just a heads up for anyone looking at the jawku timer: it’s decent and I do use it for practice, but it’s definitely not perfect. Most of the time the readings seem close, but every so often it misses a start or gives me a time that just doesn’t feel right. Setup wasn’t terrible, but it was a little fiddly. It’s useful if you want a general idea of your times, but I wouldn’t fully trust it every single session, especially if accuracy really matters to you.

I had a small issue with my order and was getting close to just leaving and ordering somewhere else. But support got back to me quickly and handled it without making everything a hassle. The quick replies definitely made a difference, and I appreciated them sorting it out so smoothly.

It works fine overall, but something feels off with the battery. I expected it to last longer, and I find myself charging it more often than I thought I would. Charging can feel a bit slow too. It’s not terrible or anything, just kind of average for the price.

I didn’t expect it to feel this solid, but it really does. The parts have a good weight to them, nothing feels flimsy, and everything fits together nice and tight. I’ve used it a handful of times now and haven’t had any issues. It’s one of those purchases that makes you feel like you actually got something built to last, which is always a nice feeling.
